Final
Walk through
The
final walk-through is usually done five days before the close of
escrow. The purpose of a final walk-though is to ensure that the
condition of the property is the same or improved from the time
you wrote the offer. Also, to confirm that if any repairs were
requested, that they have been done. Though, the final
walk-through does not constitute the closing of escrow, it does
help the buyer and seller to make sure everything regarding the
condition of the property has been completed.
